I've created threads for each of the 5 points in the wiki. We all need to respond to the 5 points below (A) before we can create the table(Aa).
I've broken the task up into A + Aa, B, C, D below. We can all add individual information to the wiki regarding B & C. I'm not sure about creating the table (Aa)- Do you think she wants some sort of Excel document or just a list? Any ideas for how to do that?
